The relationship between mind and behavior is altered.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Case Report<\/strong>: 15 years old- girl diagnosed clinically as SPD, who underwent eight weeks of physical therapy rehabilitation which included counseling to the caregiver for their active participation in the treatment, behavioral modification, and physical therapy. A sensory profile was used as an outcome measure. Sensory profile caregiver questionnaire was taken on day 1, at the end of 4th week, and at the end of 8th week.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Result<\/strong>: Documented improvements in auditory, visual, activity level, body position, movement touch and emotional\/social components of the Sensory profile were noted.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Conclusion<\/strong>: Rehabilitation with the active involvement of parents improves the children with SPD.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Key words<\/strong>: Sensory processing disorder, children, exercise, parents, sensory profile, physical therapy, Behavior modification.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>REFERENCES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ayres, A.
