CEP: 49035-020 Tel: +55-79\u201399191-6767\u00a0 <strong>E-Mail:<\/strong> jaafelipe@infonet.com.br<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ABSTRACT <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Context:<\/strong> With the increase of the renal transplants and the new technologies advances in the vascular reconstructions as well as in the image methods, the knowledge of the renal vessels\u2019 anatomical variations has been considered of great importance to Medicine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Objective:<\/strong> To report a case of triple renal arteries to the left and double renal veins to the right.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Case report:<\/strong> In a male human cadaver, with apparent age of 50 years old, was found multiplicity of renal vessels, triple renal arteries to the left and double renal veins to the right. The renal arteries originated on the lateral face of the abdominal aorta, the superior one being of oblique downward direction and the medium and inferior ones being of oblique upward direction.
