ABSTRACT:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Congenital Ichthyosiform Erythroderma- \u00a0an extremely rare dermatological condition with an estimated incidence of 1 in 50,000 to 100,000 birth. There is defective Stratum corneum barrier associated with collodion membrane when the baby moves from an amniotic fluid to \u00a0external dry environment during parturition. The membrane dessicates and peels off. This condition is due to mutations in Transglutaminase1, ALOX genes, ABCA12, Ichthyin, ABHD5.<\/p>\n
